It all depends on where you're working out. Most Gyms have everything you need, however if you're at home I recommend buying a weight set (Dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and yoga mats) to workout with.

Yes, I provide videos and demonstration videos for you to follow or refer to if you need assistance.

There are a ton of different diets out there for people to follow and I always recommend a well-balanced diet which consists of: Vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and healthy proteins.
